PRE-RECRUITMENT
MEET THE CHAPTERS NIGHT
Wednesday, August 31, 2023
5:00 - 7:00 PM
Location: Alumni Park
You will be able to stop by and get to know all seven of our Panhellenic chapters! You will be greeted by disaffiliated Rho Gammas and chapter members so you all can chat and get to know each other better. You’ll want to rotate in your own time to visit all seven chapters to maximize relationship building before recruitment starts.

PANHELLENIC PNM ORIENTATION
Wednesday, September 6, 2023
6:30-8:30 PM
Location: Elkins Auditorium
Learn everything there is to know about the Primary Recruitment process, what to expect, and how to make the most out of Recruitment. PNMs will meet in their Rho Gamma groups to start making connections.
*Attendance is mandatory unless you have class or has another valid commitment. Panhellenic will contact you if you are not physically present.

ROUND ONE // OPEN HOUSE

PNM Meeting: 4:00 PM
Events: 4:45 - 10:30 PM (includes dinner break)
Location: Various locations on Main Campus. Rho Gammas will provide you with your first meeting location.
This round of recruitment you will meet each of the Panhellenic chapters and get to know their members better! You should carefully check your invitation schedules and consult your Rho Gammas if you have questions.
ROUND TWO // SISTERHOOD DAY

PNM Meeting: 12:45 AM
Events: 2:00 - 10:00 PM (includes dinner break)
Location: Various classrooms around campus
This round of recruitment gives you the opportunity to learn more about the chapters including philanthropy, service opportunities, sisterhood events & traditions, finances, and more. You will be invited back to a range of one to five chapters based on mutual selection from the night before. This round, each chapter will showcase what makes their sisterhood special and unique so you can truly picture yourself as a future member!
ROUND THREE // PREFERENCE NIGHT

PNM Meeting: 1:45 PM
Events: 3:00 - 7:00 PM
Location: Various classrooms around campus
You will be invited back to one or two final chapters to help you make your final preferences for sorority membership. These parties will give you a deeper insight to our values and traditions and what makes sorority life so special. Immediately after your last party, you will make your final selections via bid cards.
BID NIGHT

Watch the Rho Gammas reveal their affiliation and be prepared to pick up your bid (invitation) card! This begins day one in your new chapter and the day will end with you and your new sisters celebrating!
